Cancellation Policy

1.⁠ ⁠Late Arrival Policy "If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting the next client. In this case, the full treatment fee will still apply." 2.⁠ ⁠No-Show Policy "Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in being charged the full treatment cost. Repeat no-shows may be refused future bookings." 3.⁠ ⁠Booking Fee / Deposit "A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This is deducted from your treatment cost but is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend." 4.⁠ ⁠Illness & Emergency Policy "If you are unwell, please contact me as soon as possible. Genuine emergencies and illness will be handled with discretion, but repeated last-minute cancellations may still result in charges." 5.⁠ ⁠Refund Policy "All treatments are non-refundable once performed. Results vary person-to-person, and top-ups may be required." Consultation Process (For Online Consults) Since your consultations are virtual, streamline the process with a pre-consultation checklist or info pack.
